Grinding, dosing, distributing and tamping

Milk basics; How to steam and pour
- Preparing key espresso beverages: espresso, cappuccino, latte, American, flat white
- Espresso machine operation and maintenance.
Upon finishing this course, students will gain the skills to generate innovative concepts for coffee bars and adapt to the specific needs of any coffee environment.
